Work orders, routed to any vendor — including the ones who will never log in.

Worbita is where a property manager, a facilities team, or a business with more than one location files a work order and follows it to a sealed record. It picks the vendor from your own directory, writes to them in their language, chases them when they go quiet, and keeps one append-only account of what happened that both sides can read.

Account creation is by invitation while we onboard the first customers by hand.

Example — not a real customer record

The vendor's copy of the same record

Every work order leaves as a formatted email from your organization, and everything the vendor has to do can be done by replying to it — accepting the job, giving an arrival time, saying they cannot take it, sending a photo, marking the work done. The link in that email opens one page for that one work order, with buttons instead of typing.

Vendors never create an account, never choose a password and never install anything, because the vendor who would refuse to is the one you need most. Both documents below are examples, not a customer's record.

You file it against a place, once

A work order names the site — and, when it matters, the area inside it: the lobby, the loading dock, the second-floor restroom. The form asks for the work, the problem, a contact on site and a due date, and it will not file without them.

Addresses and contacts live on the site rather than on every work order, so the next one at that building already knows them.

It picks the vendor out of your own directory

Rules pair a category — and optionally a site — with one of your vendors. A new work order takes the first rule that matches, and the form tells you which one it used before you file it, not after.

Nothing is ever routed to a vendor you did not put there, and a rule pointing at a vendor you have switched off is skipped rather than obeyed.

It writes to them in the language they work in

Each vendor is marked English or Spanish, and that mark decides the language of every message they get and every page they open. Both come out of one dictionary, so the email and the page say the same thing in the same words.

The work order itself never changes. You file it once; the vendor reads it in the language they work in.

Everything that happened stays on the record

Each status change, comment, email in or out, photo and automatic action is appended as a numbered entry naming who did it and when. Nothing is edited or deleted, and the sheet says so at the bottom of every record rather than in a tooltip.

The vendor's copy carries the same numbers. Entries internal to your organization appear there as numbered placeholders rather than vanishing, so neither side can be shown a version of the record with a gap in it.

It notices when a vendor goes quiet

Set how many hours of silence is too many. Past that, Worbita sends the vendor a reminder with a fresh link. If that also goes unanswered it tells you — naming the vendor, and saying how long it has actually been.

Then it stops. There is no third reminder, because a timer that keeps firing teaches people to ignore it. It also knows the difference between silence and a plan: a vendor who has given you an arrival time is not chased before it arrives, and a work order somebody deliberately put on hold is not chased at all.

Also in the product

Vendor replies are read, not applied
A reply that looks like a status change becomes a proposal you confirm, shown beside the words that produced it. Nothing a machine read changes your record on its own unless you switch that on.
Money, when it is part of the job
Not-to-exceed limits, a vendor asking to raise one, final cost, and invoice records. Financial requests are always confirmed by a person, never applied from an email.
Printed labels on the places themselves
An area can carry a QR label, so somebody standing in front of the problem can report it. Public reporting is off until you turn it on, and what arrives is a request somebody accepts — never a work order that files itself.
A read-only seat for the people you answer to
If you manage work on behalf of an end client, they can be given a view of their own records and nothing else — no settings, no other client's work, no way to act on anything.

Where it is today

Worbita is new
It is being built in the open and onboarded by hand, one organization at a time. That is why account creation needs a code rather than a credit card: we would rather set up a handful of customers properly than collect signups we cannot support.
Email is the channel, on purpose
Direct connections into vendor systems are coming for the vendors big enough to have one. Email is first because it works with every vendor on the first day, including the two-truck operation that answers from a phone.
Nothing about you is sold or used to train anything
There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party script anywhere in the product. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Ask for an invitation

Account creation is by invitation while we onboard the first customers by hand. Tell us where you work and we will write back with a code.

How many buildings, and the vendors you already work with. It helps us know who to invite next.

We use the address to write back about Worbita, and for nothing else.
